Why did you decide to give out the "Student of the Month" award?
I felt it would be a good incentive for the students to work harder.
How do you think this is effective?
I think it will make students feel more confident.
Why did you decide to give this award to this person?
 I felt they worked hard for this title.
What do you think makes a "student of the month"?
I think a hardworking, dedicated student makes a "student of the month".
How do you plan to encourage students to strive to be student of the month?
I will show them that this title earns respect.
How do you think you could improve this award?
I could help students see it's something to take pride in.
How does the others in staff feel about it?
Most of the staff agrees with the idea.
Do you think there is any unfairness in giving this award out?
I don't think so because if you deserve it you will get it.

Studied and worked hard.

Probably.
What would you do differently?
I would want to go above and beyond to make myself stand out.

I already am satified with the way I do my schoolwork.
How has the "Student of the Month" award affected you?
It hasn't affected me.
How would you change the system to make it more affective?
I would make it more appealing.
How does the award encourage students?
It makes some want to work harder.
